We’ve been putting together a list of resources to keep you and your families entertained and thought that mindfulness colouring could be a great way to pass some time.

As with meditation, mindfulness colouring allows you to switch off unnecessary thoughts and focus on the moment.

We think it’s the perfect excuse to pop the kettle on, grab your colouring pencils and take a much-needed break for the chance to relax and refocus.
